Rakesh started my international journey from South East Asia as Country Head for Malaysia & Singapore representing one of India’s leading pharmaceutical company. After completing my job successfully there, I moved to Ho Chi Minh City as Group Country Head in charge of four countries. We had our own team with 40+ field force managing operations in two of the countries and the other two countries were managed on distributor model. Most of these countries were dominated by US and European MNCs but I with the team was able to create a perfect niche for ourselves with good business in few of the major therapy areas.
